Establishing IDA (Individual Development Accounts) for folks who traditionally would not have a bank account. The CDC has also hosted 1st time homebuyer classes for 8 families, conducted credit repair course for approximately 18 individuals, and hosted a Community Career Fair with Houston Community College’s Workforce Programs from all 13 of the college’s locations.
